Eligibility for Refund

Initial Consultation: All fees paid for initial consultation services are non-refundable once the consultation has taken place.
Trademark Filing and Registration Fees: Fees associated with the filing and registration of trademarks are non-refundable once the application has been submitted to the respective trademark authority.
Service Cancellation: If you decide to cancel our services before the submission of your trademark application, you may be eligible for a partial refund. Such refunds will be calculated on a case-by-case basis, taking into account any work already performed.

Process for Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team at ipware.solutions@gmail.com. Provide your name, service purchased, and the reason for the refund request.
Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the initial service purchase.
Upon receiving your request, our team will review it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment unless otherwise specified and agreed upon.
You will receive a confirmation via email once your refund has been processed.

Non-Refundable Services

Any service marked as non-refundable at the time of purchase will not be eligible for a refund.
Services that have been completed and where the final deliverables have been accepted by the client are not eligible for a refund.
